We are looking for candidates who
– Hold a bachelor’s degree from a university
– Have a good command of English
– Have at least 1 year of experience in the retail industry
– Possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
– Are eager to learn and continuously develop themselves
– Demonstrate leadership potential and a desire to motivate and guide teams
– Have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach
– Are able to work in shifts and on weekends
– Are mobile and willing to relocate to different cities based on business needs
What You’ll Do
– Deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Support the Store Manager in achieving store targets and business objectives.
– Contribute to the effective and efficient execution of daily store operations.
– Support team organization and help ensure smooth shift planning and workflow continuity.
– Monitor team performance, identify development opportunities, and contribute to feedback and coaching processes.
– Support the onboarding of new team members and help foster Atasun Optik’s culture and values.
– Track sales performance, conversion rates, NPS, and other store KPIs, and contribute to improvement initiatives.
– Support accurate stock management, product tracking, and inventory processes.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and contribute to operational audit processes.
